Let me start off by saying I own the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX computer speakers personally. These things are absolutely incredible. I have had them for six years, with zero issues. They provide me with incredible, and powerful sound when I want to have a jam out session. I have also doubled these as an entertainment center. A few years ago, I was fairly known for having large parties of 100-150 people, and these computer speakers powered the entire “venue”. Think about that for a few.
The sub-woofer on the Klipsch computer speakers will blow the hair off of your feat. Or, ladies, I guess the toe nail polish. You are going to experience a bass that you never knew existed in your favorite songs with these computer speakers. With 400 watts of peak, and 200 watts, you can expect these speakers to provide the necessary power to listen as loud as you prefer; don’t blow your eardrums, though, because then you won’t be able to listen to anything! While they are not the best quality of computer speakers, some people are okay with their mediocre performance. I mean, you get a louder sound at an immensely cheaper price than our top choices for best computer speakers of 2018. Keep in mind, though, they aren’t durable, and will likely end up need replacing.
These are powered by a USB port. Plug, play, and listen is the name of the game with the Dell AX210 computer speakers. The good thing about the USB port is that you aren’t required to plug them into the wall. This is important when considering power usage, and extra sockets. If you’re like me, you have four monitors, and two different computers on a single desk. I don’t have room for an extra socket.
